Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We want to make it right and will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. You must report any issues within 3 days of receiving your order.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable due to their nature or customization, including:
- Custom embroidery and personalized products (unless defective or damaged).
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges & Refunds
- Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item (due to size, defect, or wrong item received), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your original payment method will be credited within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
