Returns, Exchanges, and Damages
- Return Policy:
- We accept returns on non-custom items within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition. Custom-made products (such as embroidered or personalized items) are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective.
- Exchanges:
- If you need a different size or product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request an exchange. We will guide you through the exchange process.
- Damaged or Lost Packages:
- If your package arrives damaged, or if your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement.
- For lost packages, please allow up to 7 days after the expected delivery date before contacting us, as carriers sometimes experience delays.
